Return Policy 

At Kunstroof, we strive to describe all our second-hand items as clearly and honestly as possible. As each item is unique, the following return policy applies.

Return Period:
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Within this period, you must notify Kunstroof that you wish to return your item.

Conditions for Returns
Items are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:

- The item is unwashed and undamaged;
- The item has not been worn (trying on is allowed);
- The original tag is still attached to the item;
- The item is returned in the same condition as received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items are non-returnable.
Due to the second-hand nature of our products, minor signs of wear may be present. Any such imperfections are clearly stated in the product description and do not qualify as defects.

Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted in the following cases:

- Incorrect size
- Item not as expected

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved by Kunstroof, you will receive store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue;
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

International Returns
For international returns, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply. These costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item
Please contact Kunstroof before returning an item so we can provide return instructions. Items returned without prior notice may not be accepted.
